HORIZON FACTORIES
Located in Bangladesh and Pakistan, where they employ about 350 people, Horizon’s factories are structured to produce garments with complex finishes such as technical garments as well as to produce basic garments with high-end finishes.
The collection is designed in Italy, with Italian and local managers constantly supervising production.
There are departments in the factories dedicated to prototype making, unpacking and packaging of the final pre-production sample. Before production begins, yarns, accessories and garments are subjected to quality checks that may also include strength tests, verification of color and general appearance of materials.
On-line quality controls then monitor the compliance of garments in production. Periodic audits that verify the application of ethical standards, respect for workers and the environment make Horizon’s plants a high-quality production hub.

BANGLADESH
The factory in Bangladesh is entrusted with the production of garments with use of mainly locally sourced materials such as t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, pants and jackets. Great energies are put into the search for high quality fabrics and the execution of finishing touches typical of a high quality garment.
PAKISTAN
The plant in Pakistan develops typical productions of technical garments where accurate and compliant packaging is required. The plant is equipped with an R&D department where processing is used to enable Horizon to offer a state-of-the-art technical garment. The plant is equipped with heat-taping machines and equipment that help improve the overall quality of the product.
